1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the ABS Sandblasting & Spray Painting (2019) Limited website and to any enquiry you make through it. This is placeholder content prepared for a demonstration website and should be reviewed and finalised before going live.

2. Quotes & pricing

Any prices or estimates discussed by phone or email are indicative until confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on the condition of the item, the surface preparation and coating required, and access to the work site. Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time they are given.

3. Work & workmanship

We carry out sandblasting, spray painting, galvanising and protective coating work with reasonable care and skill. Outcomes can be affected by the age, material and prior condition of items supplied. Where a substrate is beyond viable preparation, we will let you know before proceeding.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the item, material and required finish.
• Remove or disclose any fittings, fluids or hazards prior to work.
• Ensure safe site access where on-site or mobile blasting is requested.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to re-performing the relevant work or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
